Please read these terms carefully. They explain the rules for using Elite Flix and what you can expect from us.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Elite Flix, an on-demand streaming service operated by [Company Name] (“Elite Flix”, “we”, “us”). • Each plan limits how many screens can stream at once and how many devices can hold downloads.
• Downloaded titles may expire or be removed, and need an active subscription.
• Available titles, features and picture quality vary by plan, device, region and internet speed.
• Titles can be added or removed at any time because our content is licensed to us.

5. Acceptable use

When you use Elite Flix, you agree not to:

• copy, record, rip, re-stream, sell or share content outside your household;
• bypass or interfere with security, copy protection, digital rights management or region restrictions;
• share your account credentials or resell access to the service;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the service;
• upload anything unlawful, harmful or that infringes someone else’s rights;
• attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

6. Content and intellectual property

All films, series, artwork, trademarks, software and other materials on Elite Flix belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms give you no ownership of any of it.

7. Your feedback and ratings

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Elite Flix and its affiliates, licensors and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or in the service before it takes effect. Continuing to use Elite Flix after the update means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing law
